Where do your products come from?

We only source fibers and materials from socially responsible businesses with ethical practices. Our branded products are designed and manufactured in India. We pride ourselves on operating a sustainable no waste manufacturing process. 

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally. Pashma will send a confirmation email for your order. You will be provided with an order number (eg. 100000016) for your reference and a listing of the item/s you have ordered. 

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. 

Will my shirt fit? How do you think about sizes?

Our sizing is consistent. Please reference the size guide. Pashma runs one-size small for typical US sizing.  As we introduce new products, we'll add even more information about product fits and sizes.

How safe is my personal information?

Pashma.com provides complete safety and security for any transaction and ensures that all your personal information remains secure. Check out the Privacy Policy for more details regarding security matters.

Do I need to register to buy on Pashma.com?

No. You can buy products from pashma.com both as a registered user and as a guest. However, being a registered user gives you several benefits like free shipping, check order status and a wishlist. We've made it easy for you to view orders and update your account any time through 'My Account'.You can,manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email IDs, change your passwordtrack the status of your orders.

How do I check my order status? 

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with pashma.com. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the 'My Account' link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your 'My Account' page, where you can click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all orders. 

What do I do in case I receive a damaged item from pashma.com?

Every product goes through an exhaustive QC process, however, should you receive a defective or damaged item we will be happy to replace the item or offer you an exchange should we be out of stock at the time of your request.  We will accept its return in original condition, with all tags attached, within 30 days of receipt of your order.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your pashma.com order. Accessories purchased on pashma.com can only be returned to Pashma, Singapore, and cannot be returned to Pashma Retail stores. Please see our refunds and return policy procedure on how to return a product to us.

How do I redeem gift cards or promotion codes?

How do I redeem gift vouchers/ promotion codes?Pashma may run some promotions on special occasions and send you a promotion voucher your loved ones may have sent a gift card to you. You may redeem these vouchers by using the promotion/gift card code on the cart page as per terms and conditions applicable.To redeem coupon or promotion codes or gift cards simply enter the code into the appropriate field during checkout process. Your order total will reflect any and all price changes.

I don't see my local currency, can I still order? 

All prices and payments are in US dollars.  Your banking provider will do the conversion from local currency to US dollars.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron and JCB cards. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paypal and/or CCAvenue.
