SHIPPING POLICY

COUNTRIES, TIME & COSTS:

Orders are shipped out of Singapore via courier. 

At this point of time, we deliver to countries listed below:

Austria, Egypt, USA. Belgium, Iran, Canada, Bulgaria, Turkey, Japan, Cyprus, Iraq, Korea, Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, China, Denmark, Yemen, Hong Kong, Estonia, Syria, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Finland, Malaysia, France, Israel, Switzerland, Germany, Jordan, Norway, Greece, Palestine, Denmark. Hungary, Lebanon, Turkey, Ireland, Oman, Brunei, Italy, Kuwait, Australia, Latvia, Qatar, New Zealand, Lithuania, Bahrain, South Africa, Luxembourg, Spain, Malta, Slovenia, Sweden, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.

DELIVERY TIME:

Estimated delivery time is two weeks from order placement and authentication of credit card details. Pashma cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Pashma.

COST:

Shipping is free.  We do not charge extra for delivery for orders above $150. All orders below (USD 150) will need to pay a USD 15 shipping and handling fee.

IMPORT DUTIES/VAT:

We also take care of the customs duties and local Vat. However, please note you may be contacted by our courier and/or customs clearance broker to provide certain information and authorisation for them to act on your behalf to import your order.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron and JCB cards. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paypal.

First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

CURRENCIES:

All prices and payments are in US $. Your credit card company will do the conversion from local currency to US $.  

SECURITY:

Your credit card information is protected with a secure SSL  certificate that encrypts all of your transactions through our site with industry-standard secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. Both your credit card information and personal information are protected.

SHIPPING TERMS:

  • We will offer all inclusive prices for all orders above USD 150 i.e. shipping to your doorstep, duties, local taxes (vat, gst if applicable) to the following countries- USA, Canada, EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom), Switzerland, Norway, Japan, China, South Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Manama, Qatar, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan. Please note prices are all inclusive and there will be no extra charges on delivery to the customer.
  • We will not offer shipping to any countries outside of this list.
  • All orders below (USD 150) will need to pay a USD 15 shipping and handling fee.
  • Upon delivery of every order, customers are requested to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. If for any reason the box looks tampered with, do check the product and either sign for the package with reservations or refuse to accept delivery of the package. Please do let us know immediately if the box has been tampered with. Contact: customerservice@pashma.com.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorize for packages to be delivered without a signature.
  • We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Pashma, it is our constant endeavour to delight you with your purchase.

Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return your merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund subject to the merchandise being intact in its original box with all tags attached. Tags and original packaging are required to verify the origin of the purchase and hence are mandatory for processing returns.

Damaged merchandise (excluding those with manufacturing defects) are not eligible for refunds.

Please click here to email your request for a return. You will need to quote your transaction number in order for your transaction to be traced and verified and state the reason why you wish to return your product. A return call tag will be then sent to you by email with the contact details of the courier company which will collect the merchandise on our behalf.

Please be advised that goods will only be collected from the address they were delivered to. Upon receipt of the merchandise your refund claim will be assessed and you will be notified within two business days of your refund confirmation. Please note that any article that does not qualify for a refund will be returned back to the sender.

Kindly also refrain from sending return merchandise directly to our office without prior intimation through your own courier companies as these packages will not be received and hence will not be eligible for refunds.

Payment will be affected within 7 working days. Please however note that the actual refund may take longer to appear on your credit card or bank statements depending on the policies and procedures of your credit card companies.

We thank you for your understanding in noting that returns for online purchase will not be accepted in any Pashma store and must be initiated using the online customer care.

Please note that our products are one-of-a-kind and handmade and only 1 to 2 pieces in each design are produced to maintain authenticity and uniqueness. Products that are out of stock are unlikely to be restocked, however new designs will be added regularly.

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

We thank you for understanding that an order once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, our system cannot process exchanges at this time. Should you wish to exchange a product, please follow the procedure for returned goods and place a new order on pashma.com.
